शिपिंग नीति
At KE108.COM, we want your original Tulsi mala, jaap counters, and other sacred items to reach you quickly and safely across India. As a manufacturer based in Vrindavan, we pack every order with care and ship it directly to you. Please read this policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Prepaid orders (Card, UPI, Netbanking) are dispatched faster.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may need a quick verification call or message before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Most locations: 3–5 days from dispatch
- Delivery time starts after the order is handed to the courier
These are estimates only. Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders across India (no minimum amount required)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier link
- You can track your parcel in real time on the courier's website
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Delays and Non-Delivery
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, festivals, or events outside our control. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund (for prepaid) or simply cancel (for COD).
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot deliver because the address is incorrect, phone is unreachable, or no one is available:
- They will attempt delivery again
- If it still fails, the parcel may be returned to us
- We may charge extra shipping for re-delivery, or cancel the order with refund (minus any return costs for prepaid orders)
Please provide a correct address and reachable phone number at checkout.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on all orders
- No extra COD charges
- We may call or message to confirm COD orders before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled
9. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International orders are not accepted.
