Refund policy
At KE108.COM, we want you to feel happy and confident with every Tulsi mala or jaap item you buy from us. Since these are sacred products handcrafted in Vrindavan, we handle returns carefully to respect both your needs and the purity of the items. Please read this policy before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in these cases:
- Wrong product sent by us
- Product is defective or damaged during shipping
Conditions for return:
- Return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- You must provide a complete unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the product clearly) as proof of the issue
Returns without a clear unboxing video or raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Most of our spiritual products (Tulsi mala, jaap counters, wearables, etc.) are personal and sacred in nature. Once delivered, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Size or colour preference
- Any reason other than wrong or defective product
3. Exchange Policy
We allow exchange only if we sent the wrong product.
- Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Unboxing video is compulsory
- Only one exchange per order
- We will send the correct product after receiving and verifying the returned item
- The product will be delivered in 3-4 business days.
4. Return & Exchange Process

- Share your order number, reason, and the full unboxing video
- Wait for our approval and instructions
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup where possible (select areas). Otherwise, you may need to self-ship the product back to us
- Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the exchange or refund
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for approved returns (wrong or defective products)
- Amount will be transferred back to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI
- Refund will be credited within 8–15 business days after we receive and approve the returned product
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
No refund will be issued if:
- Unboxing video is missing or unclear
- Product shows signs of use
- Return request is after 3 days
- Issue does not match the video proof
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share the complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- We will arrange replacement or refund after verification
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
