Cancellation policy

At KE108.COM, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We try to make the process simple and fair, especially since our Tulsi products are handcrafted and prepared quickly in Vrindavan.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been packed or handed over to the courier.

Please include your order number and reason (optional).

If the order is still in processing:

We will cancel it immediately
For prepaid orders (Card, UPI, Netbanking), full refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days to your original payment method
COD orders will simply be cancelled with no charges

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped (you will receive tracking details), cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait for delivery and raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy (only applicable for wrong or defective products).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

All COD orders may require a quick confirmation call or message from our team before dispatch
If we cannot confirm with you, the order may be automatically cancelled
Repeated cancellations or unconfirmed COD orders may lead to restricting COD option for your account

4. Refunds for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

Full amount (including any taxes) will be refunded to the original payment source
Refund processing starts within 1–2 business days of cancellation
Amount usually reflects in your account within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
